02 Quotation

03 Design

HS provides product design or change requests, we offer our professionals for best product.

04 Prototype

After confirming design, we will simulate the product from the 3D printer machine for the customer to recheck the functions.
05 Confirm & Order

The standard and dimension of the prototype are workable for customers. We will have the quotation or your purchase order to complete the business relationship.

Production Process

Molding

HS can help on molding, or either Joint development, according to your requested file.
Sample plate

Will trial with the molding on the material (Zinc or Aluminum). Sample plates will be sent to you for final confirmation and prepare for mass production.
Die casting / CNC

HS offers the die casting or CNC manufacturing process on Zinc and Aluminum.
Mass Production

HS has own assembly line and well arrange different product lines at the same time.
QC / Finish product

Quality assurance is why we are strongly strict to examine in every detail.
Packing

Customized packing cartons are available in HS. We normally pack with HS guarantee loge cartons for shipping.
Shipping / Delivery

Domestic products are packed as HS cartons and ship by (HS) delivery. International products are offering packing on pallets or full containers to assign ports.
